How can I contribute?
Start by applying to have you, your business, or non-profit be a part of the Festival! Introduce your service or product to the community. Share your knowledge and insight by teaching a workshop. Exhibit your art.
How can I participate?
Sign up to volunteer! (Application coming soon.) Tell others and bring your friends.
Who’s making the Fair happen?
Besides you? Sunny Day Earth Solutions, an educational non-profit, and an amazing team of volunteers.
How are we celebrating?
Saturday, October 10th, 2026, from 9 am to 6:30 pm at 601 13th Ave SE, Minneapolis, we will have a community gathering to celebrate the sustainable and the resilient.

As you think about your application to either exhibit or present, please think in three time frames :
Now: What can someone do today to make their way of living more Sustainable?
Tomorrow: What can someone start working on that’ll take up to a year to make their way of living more Sustainable?
Lifetime: What can someone start doing today that will take a continued commitment for years to come?
This Festival is our prototype. With your participation, we can make it an annual event.
For vendors, the fair will provide: a table along a path to present their information, chairs, tape, and electrical plugs if requested.
Vendor fee:
For-Profit Organizations: $150
Non- Profit Organizations: $100
Student Organizations can apply to vend at no cost, with terms
For Workshops, the fair will provide: a table and chair, a computer and projector, and a dry-erase board. Electrical power would be available for one other item.
For Demos, the fair will provide: a table and chair.
There is no fee to host a Workshop or Demo.
The Sunny Day Solutions Executive Board is evaluating applications currently. You will be notified whether you are accepted or denied. Thank you for applying. We look forward to learning more about you!
